Secondly.., Kosuke Fujishima.., is not only character designer for this game but also for the other madly rampant and followed after Sakura Taisen [Cherry Blossom Wars] Series as well as the chief writer and designer for Aah My Goddess [oh my goddess in the states] Taiho Shichauzou~! [youre under arrest in the states] Ex-Driver and plenty more. The link about the DLC being in japanese seems nowhere to be found in that article.., so Im thinking of hopping on my japanese account and taking a look see. The case in point for the DLC offerings happens to be the level-up packs you can purchase to get you through the game: a Level Up 10 and two Level Up 5 packs. These can only be bought once (The Level Up 5 is numbered 1 and 2) and therefore only be used once in the game, giving you a maximum of 20 levels for 700 Microsoft Points . As the above picture indicates, all the DLC actually shows up as limited-use items in the Tales of Vesperia menu, so you can actually choose to buy them and use them at the beginning (to get through the start areas quicker) or near the end of the game (for the extra dungeons). In any event, the full list of DLC currently available for the game can be found via the source link below. Just note that it's in Japanese, so you may want to have an online translator handy when you access it.
