Naw they send you the manual and case if you already have the disc as a rental. The only problem is they ship standard so it takes 2 weeks to get the damn thing. If you just buy it without having the disc as a rental they send you the entire package. I have bought from them before I was even a member.

They give you a $5 coupon every 3 months for being a loyal member, plus you get 5% off after 6 months and 10% off after 12 months.  If you're a Gamefly member you can see your current rewards at the top of your GameQ.  The coupon expire every 3 months so it's difficult to stack them.  I happen to do it because the had to refund me a coupon for a defective copy of Paradise I purchased last month.
