No, they send it to you with case and manual. If you happen to be renting the game and decide to purchase/keep the game, they mail out the case and manual so you have the full package. They give you a $5 coupon every 3 months for being a loyal member, plus you get 5% off after 6 months and 10% off after 12 months. If you're a Gamefly member you can see your current rewards at the top of your GameQ. The coupon expire every 3 months so it's difficult to stack them.
