[Xbox] Update 1984 - 1985 Oklahoma Outlaws / Arizona Outlaws

For all the heads that did not get it the Outlaws Roster is to be used
on Madden 2004 - 2006 I'm using these rosters as a custom team. Look
for the Bandit then change name to Outlaws. Alot of these Players
never made it into the NFL, then some played like a year or so as FA,
and some have good records in both USFL and NFL.

Colors: Black, White, Red

Oklahoma Stadium: Skelly Stadium HC Woody Widenhofer
Arizona Stadium: Sun Devil Stadium HC Frank Kush

Hopefully this will end all confused heads out there now.
