same problem. Any game where you just die immediately at the very first
interaction you have with a game, is not good in my book.
Now it might be a GREAT game once you get the controls down. But the fact
that I cant kill the guys right at the very start of the game because I'm not
quick or accurate enough, puts me right off bothering. A good game eases you
in to the controls gradually so that once it starts to get hard you aren't
struggling with them.
My friend DID bother to get past that initial difficulty though, but he said
once you start using magic it gets even worse because its stupidly awkward to
do.
Mind you, I don't blindly trust this guy. He is the one who said Gears of War
is crap because of the controls being awkward. I agree that the GoW controls
ARE awkward to me too, but I would never say the game is crap as even though
I struggled to do the first mission I thought the game was BRILLIANT. I also
watched another one of my friends complete it twice and even WATCHING someone
play the game is brilliant. That said, Bullet Witch gives the opposite
impression right away - that its not worth struggling with.
