i agree, it just sux that when 1 thing breaks, it all breaks LOL.  for the past 3 weeks i haven't been able to get any music i purchased for my sister in laws wedding playlist this coming weekend.  my account no longer shows what i purchased or gives me the license for the stuff i've downloaded so i can play/burn it.  i've surpassed tier 3 support, now it's into something called research LOL, WTF, FIX IT I NEED IT BY TOMORROW NIGHT

Anyone it's all the same so I just call it Live! Gotta sign into thing one way or another to do anything, including XBL so I just lump it into everything. On Tue, Feb 26, 2008 at 11:22 AM, PRoPHeTiZeR <prophetizer@wrup.net> wrote:

Ok, FINALLY I get into Live! since it's hosing up again today.... Coffin got here in reasonable order, but then we shipped it out UPS as the tags provided required. The tracking # on this is totally hilarious, UPS bounced the sucker around in circles for at least a day and it took at least 24-48 hours for the stupid thing to get to the repair facility in TX! So there went up to 2 days wasted - but not by MS. Rather than the gory details here, here's the Tracking # for those who want a good laugh. Not as bad as a DHL package at Xmas (whole 'nother story), but still - really? Give it to Dale in that stupid truck, he's retiring and needs the work! 1Z05W3589061340154 Now it got there on the 21st, last Thursday, more than enough time to check it into MS's systems. Live! Support then indicated 'Device at Service Center', which when you read the fine print means it's supposed to take up to TWO business days to get repaired or just replaced instead of waiting any longer. Their policy, not ours. So that means Friday & Monday, ship it out to me today (Tuesday). With Live screwing up, the status hasn't changed at this point. So if it doesn't get out the door down there today, then something up with MS again because they're not even following their own rules. Time will tell! Still curious about how it'd end up with a repair, replacement or HDMI upgraded replacement. The last news blurb said they were making mish-mosh rehabs to send out so I'm not betting on HDMI, which is worthless to us anyways.
