[Xbox] x box 360 losing connection

i have had problems with x box live for 2 weeks i hope u guys can help
me cause the ignerant people at microsoft cant. since i had my 360 i
have had problems with the live i try and play call of duty 4 and it
will take 10 to 15 min to get into a game and when i do sometimes it
will kick me out and then say the lobby is close now it also does this
on battlefield 2 sometimes i check my internet provider and the speed
is fine i have fiberoptisc cable well i guess its dsl. i was woundering
wht u guys thought about it now sometimes i do use a wireless router
but it does this regaurdles of if i pluge the xbox in through the wall
or the router PLEASE HELP
