dashboard limit they imposed? I know it sounds silly as it could just run as
a full app (as the PS3 and Wii ones do) but we all know Microsoft have some
mental ideas about stuff sometimes.
That said, I do love how the Wii has weather and news built-in. I think those
are more useful features to pull more people in to 360 than the Avatars, they
could just squish it in a corner somewhere. The new dash looks even more
ideal for that.
I think the need for a browser is a lot to do with the 360 just not being
customisable enough. The Wii feels customisable even if its not, because of
the channels. The PS3 also feels a lot more themeable than the 360 even
though the XMB its a complete mess compared to the dashboard (which is still
quite messy since the last update).
