The offensive tags and changing it to something similar might be explained.
Like I said earlier, it might have been someone reading it or it was reported and then banned. When it was changed the person receiving the call was probably outsourced tech support in India or close to it and is not culturally knowledgeable about the slang, spelling and meaning.
An example of that is if my gamertag was urbigbackla and MS Philippines made me change it but I called and I got you in the U.S. and I changed it to urbiggerbackla would you know the difference? Or why I had to change it? Doubt it unless you had some type of Filipino heritage…
And if you want to know the gamer tag pretty much says Your Are Big Fag... and I would have gotten away with Your Are Bigger Fag after changing it. In some areas of the world this is offensive.
P.S. I used this term as an example and have nothing against the GLBT community… so end your flaming reply now!

My, personal, sports team comparison was in relation to how misused the Feedback system is. Just because I don't like a certain team or city you choose to use in your name doesn't give me the right to potentially discredit you and have your account suspended.
I wasn't trying to relate it to God or anyone's religion.
The Pimpin Ho Sale thing is just a great example of them saying something was offensive and then not even paying attention as they were manually typing it in to their system for him. Twice!
I can give you a better one: I had a guy on my list for about 2 years with the Tag "MyDicIsInYa". M$ eventually got a hold of him and made him change it. They did the same thing....and manually changed it to "MyDicIsNotInYa". So, I guess to M$, it's all a matter of placement?
