Amen to that. I can't believe ANYONE would consider the volume of the 360
acceptable.

And of course if it also increases the lifespan of the DVD-ROM drive then
people without extended warranties must be pleased about that too.

Of course the best thing would be if you could boot the game on one console,
take out the disk then boot it on another. While this has been rumoured I
doubt they would implement it as by NOT supporting it they potentially sell
more copies of the game.
