Re: [Xbox] Inside Xbox Problem

Meanwhile, until I can complete my testing to see if there's any backup
or as you said - no need for it...

Vizio is one of the Top 2 LCD panel brands in the US, actually out of
California. Never found any rebranding with them at all, so it'd be just
straight up Vizio. They float between #1 and #2 in total sales and overall
satisfaction BUT... they're cheap! That's the trick they're not budget-busters
by any means yet they outperform virtually all of the competition.

Olevia is the Syntax-Brillian faceplate brand and I believe they're from
Europe so that name might be more recognizable. They're also in the
low end of pricing but sadly the TV's are low-end in quality as well. Haven't
had pixel dropouts, but geeze the quality of the menu/software and the
headaches with the pieces of (#$#$$ are just stunning. Ended up with 2
of them in a situation where you take what you get, couldn't pick a Vizio
or trust me - I would have.

Just some background on those two brands FYI.

4 HDMI's? Ya, haven't seen that in the realistically affordable LCD TV
market around here for sure! The Vizio's and Olevia's both only have 2
HDMI ports but at the least the Vizio's also have VGA/PC, 2 Compsites,
2 Components and F cable as well so it handles the wide variety of stuff
in the US most folks still have if they haven't bought all brand new.

Ever consider an HDMI switcher? There's a few really nice ones out
there on websites for a couple hundred US$ even including remotes that
allow you to select from 2 to even 8 HDMI sources into just one port
on the TV.
