It should show your registered Serial # in order
to start a ticket tho... That's where you'd see the
change from what you had to a new one, they
register the new one for you and it's warranty
status, etc. shows a change - what you've got
there's further inside that where I'm talking about.

We've got multiple units registered at once so
I notice a change really easily, but if you recorded
your original serial # anywhere go look where you
found the link to that Service Request and see it
it matches or if it's different!
