[Xbox] Lost Odyssey Help (spoiler)

Anybody beat the Living Ice boss on disc 3?  It unleashes All-Aquara and kills half my party, then I never have enough turns to revive and heal my entire party before it casts All-Aquara again and kills them all.  Guides online are useless.

 

I use:

Grounda with Jansen

Grounda with Cooke

Zephyr with Mack

Zephyr/Force with Ming, depending on the HP status of my party

 

Not sure if anyone here has gotten this far, but worth a try to ask.
