To be honest, I haven't set one up wireless in over a year. I just looked at my kid's 360 to see if extra setting were necessary, but didn't see any Have you tried calling xbox support?

I ordered the Wireless Adaptor from Wal-Mart at the same time I got the unit. I just looked at the wireless adaptor and it has embossed on it Xbox 360
