Excellent!! Happy to hear you got it working and it was finally nice of
the other guy's Grandpa to help out - the troubleshooting is the part no one
likes to do but if you do it, it saves so many headaches! At least you
could see one working RIGHT so you knew what to look for.

But 4 adapters? Ya soemone should be coughing up for that. Sadly as
some have indicated here and you mentioned first, complaining to
Microsoft directly probably wouldn't get you anywhere in English so it's
best to take the success and move forward.

Glad to hear it's all firing up this time!
