Also Dave the Xbox is currently hooked up via Ethernet and it is on.

Ya I can't open that .psd file, the first JPEG was fine tho to see what's
up. I have a different, newer model than yours so the pages may not
totally match up. That next page will help understand what's up a bit
more, but on the one I could see I noted:

The 172.XX.XX.XX should be the 360 and yes, it'd need to be turned
on with the wireless adapter plugged in so that the status pages might
possibly show us what's going on. But that IP should be the 360, could
be a ghost from when it was plugged into there directly by Ethernet tho?
