Nah... 'not covered' meant when he registered it that it's no longer
eligible for the standard 1 year 'you beat it, we replace it' anything
warranty. Now it's only covered under the 3 year RRoD part, that's
why I never call in, usually it's such lovely folks from outside the US
that read screens and babble things that make no sense - then
can't explain themselves...
