Re: [Xbox] Xbox releases free Canada Day content

I couldn't get it to work.  Everything worked fine until the installer popped up and started to flash the ROM.  It hung there for a few minutes at 0% and then error 262 popped up.  I tried 3 times, then decided to install the Rom from yesterday and that worked fine.  It looks like the same exact installer program so I'm not sure what the problem is.  I'm tired of screwing around with the phone and It's working perfect now so maybe I'll try to mess around with ppckitchen another time.  I finally have GPS so now I'm happy, don't need to borrow my wife's now.

yes, it's kewl, then u can pick and choose what u want on the phone, add your own apps, it's pretty slick.  have any probs, let me know, i'm pretty good at this stuff

it's a site made for the kitchen for some of the ppcgeek peeps that make this stuff, but u have the touch, so look ................oh wait, yes, it does work, since your phone is also called the vogue

Proph, the ppckitchen, that's a custom ROM site I assume???   Which one do you like or using?  Does it work with both Touch and Mogul?

I bought the Touch.  The ROM isn't official yet, but wanted to try some of the leaked ones.  I think I got the ROM from ppcgeeks.com.  I'll have to look at the kitchen when I get home.

I updated it to WM6.1 using a leaked ROM.  It suppose to dial #777 to access the net but for some stupid reason it dials +0#777 instead.  I fixed the problem by restoring the registry from 6.0 but It messes up other parts of it.  So when I get home I'm going to flash the ROM again and hope I don't get the same problem.
 
I only work 15 hours a week, really, really slow here.  I probably won't have a job soon.  Been thinking of looking for another, but I love my freedom here.
