Q:  What are the two or three most important reasons why you either do not purchase
      products online or why you are or were hesitant about buying online.
 

I do not want a company to have my CC in order to have a hacker steal my information.
let alone the amount of spyware/keyloggers/etc out there that could steal my information.

Q: If you purchase online now, what helped your concerns about purchasing through the internet?
Security by the company I'm buying from and the amount of customer service.

if you're a 'comcast' you can forget my business.
