I remember being your age and broke all the time. Me and the wife ate lots of pasta cause it was so cheap, lol. I don't know who your local DSL ISP is, but some of them have real cheap starter plans that will be good enough for LIVE, like verizon's is $15/mo. I think. I wouldn't host any games though.

browsing. And if im not here my parents live like 5 min away and
sometimes I go overthere and hang out with my brothers and ill use
internet there too...
On the living side to give you an idea im 23 married for 2 years
having a kid due in 3 weeks so any day now i work full time making 14
an hour and just got a second part time job at blockbuster ( can we
say free game rentals woo hoo!) and I live in low income housing and
my rent for a small 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is $1030 not
including utilities... Now here in San Diego thats cheap as hell but
im still living paycheck to paycheck...
