You don't keep movies on the 360 HD anyway because they are only rentals.

Also, I used to have a 120GB HD on my original Xbox and you could fit LOADS of
games on it. Granted there are more dual-layer, completely full DVD games on
360 but still, you should be able to fit your favourites.

It does suck that they didn't just go the PS3 route though and let you install
your own HD. A nice 250GB is about half the price of the 360 120GB, so god
forbid when Microsoft get round to releasing a 250GB - it will be about 4
times the price of buying an OEM drive.
