Re: [Xbox] Xbox going in for repair

No, I mean I want my purchased original Elite back.  My Elite is in mint condition, doesn't get touched by my kids or moved around (only to occasionally blow some air through there to clean out the dust) .  I don't want someone else's refurbed unit.   Warrantee is straight from MS.

  Eh, was this a Best Buy gig?  They're saying they won't give you
a replacement Elite or just that they can't guarantee it won't be a
refurbed Elite?
