like BB or C City extended replacement warranties...
Ya it's a crapshoot on replacements and monitoring the progress
on the website's about all you can do to determine what they're
shipping you back. Of the 3 we've had in only 1 was the original
back repaired, the other two were refurbs sent out immediately
because they had stock to flip it out fast with. The original one
seemed to take about 3 extra days over the others.
