Well see they aren't selling it as new. It wasn't sent to me as 'new'. It
was mfg'd so close to when they sent it to me it couldn't help but be new,
no way in that short time period to have been distributed, sold, returned,
returned to MS and anything else done to it. Save possibly like defective
power brick or something? Regardless, it was sent to me as a replacement
unit and not in original factory packaging. Best you could hope for would
be the balance of your original warranty period, some States allow that,
but 90 or 365 days - sucker was still 'used'.
I'm just happy as a clam their system thinks it's a 1 year! I'll take what
they're giving... Still curious to see what's going to pop outta the box
this time tomorrow though!
