I might not be business smart enough, have other commitments and be too ill -
to do your job. But so what? I do not remember there being a requirement
when joining the group. If there was I think you would be pretty lonely.

Lets not forget that 50% of getting a qualification is having the money to
apply for it, which I do not either.
