I have lived in New Mexico/Texas for 12 years and every time I visit family/friends in other states I am extremly disapointed with there version of mexican food. Here every time you order food they ask green or red? Meaning green chili or red chile sauce. I know the best place in town with the best red and the best green. Even our McDonalds/Carls JR burgers can have green chili on them.I go to other states and always get salsa thats not even fresh and out of a jar.Laters....
