Re: [Xbox] Re: please remove me from the group

Oh ya, I wasn't denying that... you'd just mentioned that you thought
they went 100% to that format, but they still have the whole bloatload
AOHell like usual. And AOL's devaluation to Time Warner is because
that move to be Yahoo-like didn't work, few folks use and maintain their
AOL Freebies.

But using an AOL freebie-mail doesn't mean you're not on the same
playing level as a full-blown AOHell user. Or Compuserve or Prodigy
for that matter.

So we're playing the 'odds' that based on the request and being an
AOL e-mail account holder - it explains a ton about the request.

And, as I mentioned earlier, this person's local to my area and uses
local recycling groups which constantly give you information on how
to unsub from a Yahoo Group properly - ignored all that and pulled the
same stunt. That's why it tripped a red flag with me, the name was
so familiar because I'd just seen 3 of the same requests pop up around
here!

Only difference was that he went in ALL CAPS and mentioned the
fact that he'd moved back to Columbus from Cleveland because 'THE
JOBS ARE BETTER'. Eh, ok.

So, while it sounded like profiling when the original comment was
made the entire collection of actions is evidence the guess ain't far off
the mark!

For the record tho, you handled it diplomatically and professionally
and prolly far better than we were all about to so give yourself a +500
Achievement on PogoWolf BattleZone for the 360! LOL
