[Xbox] Re: Cable Broadband Users, Get Ready For Overage Fees

WOW! After I read this, that is ridiculous. Yes, they had those (per
minute) crap back in the 80's/early 90's. But due to the tech.
advances, we can't do the RATE CAP, esp. for insane gamers/downloading
junkie, that is unfair.
